Yes! We have two pools located on Five Dove Circle and another pool located on Royal Dunes Circle. The pools are not heated. 

• We have a hot tub located in the Five Dove pool area. If the temperature outside is under 50 degrees, the heater shuts off to prevent damage to the heater. 
• No swimming or using the hot tub after dark. 
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK 

• Pools and hot tub are for Residents, their Guests, and renters of STR's only.
• The pools and hot tub close at 10PM. Our pools are often treated with strong chemicals at night and therefore could be dangerous for swimmers. 
• PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE POOL AREAS AFTER 10PM.
• No Glass containers or Loud Music.
• Do not move the pool furniture.
• Under no circumstances can furniture be placed in the pool or hot tub.
• Pick up all trash.
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK 

PLEASE OBSERVE OUR COMMUNITY SPEED LIMIT - 15 MPH 

• Golf carts are subject to the same rules and regulations as other motor vehicles. 

• You must have a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart. The police will be called if children are seen driving a golf cart.  

• No teenagers "cruising" the neighborhood after 10PM. 

• Golf carts must have city of Port Aransas license plates. 

• Use caution by lowering your speed around turns since golf carts roll easily. 

• Refrain from loud music or cruising streets for fun. 

• Violating golf cart rules can result in removal of golf carts from rentals by Property Management companies.

No, ATV's and unlicensed vehicles are not allowed to be brought into the neighborhood.

No parking of Golf Carts is allowed on Boardwalk. 

Valid Driver's License Required:

 - Texas law says you must have a valid driver’s license to drive the cart. Do NOT allow anyone without a valid driver's license to drive, even with parents or guardians present. 

 -Please report all underage drivers to Property Managers, Owners, or Police when possible.

ATV’s: 

- Strictly prohibited. $500 fine 

Watch for Carts Coming in the Opposite Direction:

 - Pull over into a wide passing area to let carts safely pass.

Ramp Safety:

 - Do not enter the ramp if carts are coming in the opposite direction.

Mind the Speed Bumps:

 - Go slow to avoid the jolt from the speed bumps and avoid damage to golf carts and boardwalk.

No Teenage Golf Cart Cruising:

 - Zooming around the neighborhood is strictly prohibited. 

Passing Rules:

- Do not pass anyone except in the wide passing areas.

Safety Protocol at Passing Areas:

 - Pull all the way to the rail or bench on the beach side passing area to allow room for carts to pass safely.

Stay Inside the Cart:

- Keep hands and feet inside the cart at all times.

Yield for Pedestrians:

 - Pedestrians have the right of way.

Pedestrians: 

 -Watch for carts!

Exercise Caution Entering/Exiting:

 - The boardwalk is narrow to prevent ATV's from entering. Be careful.

Ramp Entry Recommendation:

- If possible, enter the ramp on the beach side going 5-10 MPH to avoid wheels spinning in the sand. Do not stop at the bottom of the ramp before entering.

• All vehicles, including golf carts, must park in the property driveway or in the overflow lots. Do not park over red painted Fire Lane line or in the grass.
• Do not leave unattended vehicles on the street at any time.
• Boat parking is limited to driveways, garages, and carports. .
• RV's are allowed in driveways, but cannot be used for sleeping accommodations. 
• Violation of these rules may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense or a ticket from the police.

• No Loud Music is to be played in a manner which disturbs other guests, including in pool areas. 
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. 
• Contractors may not start work before 8:00 AM and should not work after dark. 

• Residents are responsible for placing their garbage toters in front of the house on Monday and Thursday mornings before 8 AM.   
• Do not overfill garbage toters (lids must close), no bags stacked on top of toter, no loose bags left outside toter on ground, failure to do so may result in $50 fine.

• All Animals must be kept on a leash when outside All Dogs must be kept on a leash on the beach.
• All Animals droppings must be picked up immediately.
