Royal Sands Beachfront Community
Royal Sands is a beachfront family friendly community located on Mustang Island. We are about 3 miles south of Port Aransas on Hwy 361. The neighborhood features 83 homes, three pools, a hot tub, ponds, a golf cart boardwalk to the beach, and a coastal theme throughout.

Besides being one of the top vacation-rental spots in Port Aransas, the Royal Sands community is also home to many full- and part-time residents, as well as Winter Texans from across the country and beyond.
